Sweetly Rooted by Tasala (SRT) is a vegan bakery based out of Durham, NC creating plant-based desserts and baked goods serving the Durham and Triangle communities. SRT’s standard is to produce delicious, sweet treats with the use of whole, organic ingredients without the use of refined flours or sugar, free from preservatives, without compromising quality and taste.

All Sweetly Rooted by Tasala desserts are made in small batches, mixed by hand incorporating seasonal fruits and flavors supported by local farmers and sweetened using dates and other natural sweeteners. Desserts include granolas, cookies, scones, and sweet breads.

Sweetly Rooted by Tasala will have a selection of small batch, hand-mixed granolas and cookies for sale. The lineup of sweets will include:

- Almond Joy Cookies (gluten-free)

- Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies

- Strawberry Vanilla Granola (gluten-free)

- Blueberry Almond Granola (gluten-free)

- Nutty Chocolate Chip Granola (gluten-free)

Pull up to hear and taste the vibes for our last Soul Vybe Sessions Brunch @ Pure Soul for 2024! DJ Damu will be curating the vibes and Chef Nikolas Spaulding will be curating tastes!

Poetry Night with Naima Said returns! Come on out & read some poetry whether you've been writing for years or only just started dabbling. All are welcome! Signup starts at 6:30pm, poetry starts at 7pm. We'll be serving a limited menu from 7-8:30pm, so come early to order from our regular menu!
